This company was founded as a part time income business while I was working for Chicken City Franchise Holdings as the National Operational Manager. Coding and creating innovative software for applications and games has always been a passion and hobby of mine. Because of the genuine interest in coding I became quite efficient, so earning a part time income without conflicting with my then current work was the logical step to take. This endeavor proved to be more successful than I expected and it soon grew into a full fledged business capable of sustaining me and my family.

My office was situated in Cape Town Epping Viking Business park but I made frequent shop visits to existing and new opening franchisees to ensure service delivery, formulate strategies, improve performance, etc. My main function involved making important policy and strategic decisions, as well as the development and implimentation of operational policies and procedures.

I started of at Chicken City as a manager, I quickly worked my way up to Head Manager. My main job as head manager was to oversee all aspects of the the day-to-day management in the fast food chain. I was also in charge of handling the store's finances, which included budgets, sale goals, promotions, etc. I hired and dismissed, scheduled work hours, instructed employees and trained assistant managers. I also dealt with various other situations such as handling customer complaints, work accidents and other incidents.

My Activities & Hobbies
Family Time
I have a beautiful wife, twins (3 years old) and a baby daughter (1 year old). If I had a choose my favorite thing to spend and allocate time towards, this would probably be it. To be truthful all hobbies & activities comes second to this one. We try to take a weekend every month and pretend we are tourists in Cape Town, we then go out and do all the touristy stuff. Its a great way to get to know your city and spend quality time with the family.
Gardening
There is something very relaxing about getting your hands dirty with soil. Saturday mornings are usually allocated to this time which I find is kind of perfect for reflecting over the week that passed and just spending some quality me time. It also gives me a sense of pride to stay in a neat and looked after environment, the last couple of years have not been very good for my garden due to a unnecessary drought that plagued our province. Luckily it has passed now and I can garden to my hearts desire.

In the spare time I have left I like to stream an online battle simulator called Escape From Tarkov. I also have a couple of channels that I follow on discord where I help new coders to start off with coding and solve basic coding issues. These solutions are then streamed live or recorded and then streamed when the need arises
